The Hero Center
As a student in the Strategic Design and Innovation Fellows Program, I worked as the creative director amongst a group of business students to rebrand the Baltimore Child Abuse Center. The goal of BCAC is to prevent and respond to child sexual abuse, trauma, and other adverse experiences by building a safe haven where people can get the support they need. The organization previously used the theme of superheroes in their campaigns, so we established their new identity as The Hero Center. The Hero Center is all about celebrating the victim's courage and bravery by making them feel as strong as a superhero, as well as making them feel comfortable amongst the organization's superhero volunteers.
